  Process tanks for pharma and biotech industries have to meet the highest standards in terms of quality and safety. Also, they can be considered as a kaleidoscopic product: completely customizable, the in-house production offers a wide range of attributes to select. 

  Most common materials used are stainless-steel 316L for parts in direct contact with the product and stainless-steel 304 for others.

• Principle of Operation

  Process tanks can be grouped in several categories: reactors; fermenters; bioreactors; mobile tanks; mixing tanks; WFI tanks for sterile water preparation; PW tanks for pure water preparation; tanks for sterile and non-sterile solution treatment; CIP/SIP tanks. They can also be provided in vertical and horizontal versions; with double jacket for temperature control, each one manufactured with pressure range -1 to 10 bar.

  Each tank can be equipped with process tools and sensors.
